如往年, 我都係參加了10公里... 亦像以往般, 練習不多... 今天才正式開始第一課, 由香港仔沿石排灣道, 域多利道, 經過數碼港後, 再經沙宣道上QM, 後沿簿扶林道落山, 一路跑回香港仔...
