what i do concern is not about their business.  i suppose they are friends and what if they have different points of view over the business in the future.  hope they can handle properly.

i've heard many stories about winning a business but losing friendship.  many friends come together and started a business.  but don't know why when time goes by, arguement is the result.  worse case is that $$$ and friendship cannot co-exist...
